Each user may avail of the e-mail alert facility. The facility will notify the user at a nominated e-mail address of each new document received.

- The one-time charge is due on acceptance by eircom net of the applicable Contract and is payable on receipt of invoice. Annual charges are invoiced annually in advance commencing on installation of the service.
This service is provided as described in the Telephone Consultancy Service Description.
Additional Telephone Consultancy outside the amount specified in the Joining Charge Package is

When a User wishes eircom net to investigate messages sent to remote interconnected EDI services. Includes contacting remote service, audit trail analysis and production of report.

- The Annual Support Charge for Desktop*EDI software is mandatory and is charged at EUR 761.84. The Annual Support Charge will be invoiced annually in advance.
- The XLATE tables referred to are only available to the User at the time of the initial upgrade.
If the tables are not taken at this time, the User will forfeit the right to the table(s) not taken. In
general, one XLATE table is required per single document version.
- The Desktop*EDI Installation Seminar places are booked by arrangement. Unless 14 days notice of
cancellation (substitutions will be accepted) has been received, any non-attendance will cause
forfeiture of the Desktop*EDI Installation Seminar place(s). The necessary re-booking may be
chargeable at the standard rates in which event the charge will be raised at the time of the cancellation.
- The resources provided within the Upgrade from User Type T1 to User Type A1 are based on an
Upgrade Period not exceeding two months that is deemed to commence with effect from the
date of contract/ order. Extra charges will be levied for resources provided by Eirtrade after the end
of this period. Should the amount of time allowed for consultancy or systems development and testing
be insufficient, extra charges will be levied for any additional consultancy and/or testing and/or validation
provided. The Upgrade Charge is due on acceptance by Eirtrade of the Eirtrade Service User Contract/ order and payable on receipt of invoice. The charge is inclusive of Eirtrade expenses incurred within Ireland.
