service
The
charges consist of two elements:
(a)
One-time charge of EURO 500.00
(b)
Annual subscription charge of EURO 700.00

EDI tradefast Subscription Charge
The
Anuual Subscription Charge includes

Annual Subscription Charge includes:

The
service subscription charge is invoiced two months from the date of contract
and is payable annually in advance on the anniversary of this date.
Volume
Related Charge (VRC)
The
VRC is calculated on the number of messages transmitted in a month
Outgoing
messages (over the limit of 60) starting with the 61st outgoing message
of each monthly billing period is charged at the rate of 63 cents
per message
Notes
for the One-time Charge
•
The
resources provided within User Joining Charges are based on an Implementation
Period not exceeding one month, which is deemed to commence with effect
from the date of contract.
•
Extra
charges will be levied for resources provided by eircom net after the end
of this period. Should the amount of time allowed for implementation and
testing be insufficient, extra charges will be levied for any additional
consultancy and/or testing and/or validation provided.
•
The
Joining Charge is due on acceptance by eircom net of the eircom net EDI
tradefast Service User Contract and payable on receipt of invoice.
Notes
for Subscription Charges:
•
There
are no volume related charges (VRC) for receiving data (sender only pays).
•
One
month from the date of contract for the eircom net EDI tradefast service
all users may incur a Volume Related Charge
•
The
fees and charges will be calculated as appropriate, charged as set out above
and invoiced in arrears and/or in advance.
