It provides persons nominated by a user with the opportunity of reporting and discussing
service problems as they may arise. Any service problem, which a user may have with
their use of the eircom net EDI tradefast must be reported in the first instance to the
Customer Support.

The Customer Support facility is not designed to provide support to users who:

Require support on their Internet connection of browser software.

Who are developing a new internal system interface, or

Effecting a significant change in their existing software or service set-up.

The services to support these activities are not the responsibility of eircom net EDI tradefast
service. Support for these activities should be arranged through your software provider or
your Internet service provider.
